                   #400,000 WIN FOR FLEETSTAR-ONLINE SERVICE


Cybit, one of the UK's leading online telematics service providers, today
announces that it has won a #400,000 order from property maintenance specialist
Mono Services. This five-year contract for Fleetstar-Online will provide an
internet-based fleet and asset management solution to Mono Services' fleet of
200 vehicles operating throughout the North West of England.

In addition to tangible benefits achieved from timesheet and payroll automation,
efficiency of administration processes and evaluation of site routes,
implementation of the Fleetstar-Online solution will also help Mono Services
within areas of compliance such as Duty of Care and other Health and Safety
related issues. The signing of the five-year agreement with Mono Services
further cements Cybit's position as the UK's leading Telematics Service Provider
(TSP).
