CYBIT SECURES TWO SIGNIFICANT GPRS FLEETSTAR-ONLINE CONTRACTS WORTH IN EXCESS OF
                                     #500k


Cybit, one of the UK's leading online telematics service providers, today
announces that it has secured two large Fleetstar-Online contracts with Flogas
and EMR (European Metal Recycling) which will utilise the real-time, GPRS
(General Packet Radio Service) capabilities of Fleetstar-Online. The contracts
are initially for 330 units and represent revenues to the company in excess of
#500k. The majority of the revenues will be recognised in the current financial
period.

When combined with always on GPRS technology, the market leading
Fleetstar-Online provides powerful real-time vehicle location monitoring.  The
GPRS Fleetstar-Online technology platform gives continual positional updates,
providing advanced vehicle tracking and reporting.  This allows detailed 24/7
feedback on the position and performance - location, speed and direction - of
vehicles, enabling real-time reporting through the extremely tight matching of
GPS positions to mapping.  Flogas and EMR will use the system to monitor their
fleets and assets in real-time, giving managers the ability to implement next
generation telematics capabilities.

Flogas UK Ltd. is one of the largest LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) suppliers in the
UK delivering to thousands of customers through a nationwide network. Flogas
will be implementing 105 Fleetstar-Online GPRS units linked to onboard vehicle
systems.  They will also be installing Smartnav off board intelligent satellite
navigation to provide drivers with speech-based directions and live traffic
updates.

EMR is one of the world's largest recycling companies - and the largest in the
UK.  It handles over 8.5 million tonnes of scrap metal at 65 sites, mainly based
in the UK and is responsible for over half of the vehicles recycled in the UK.
EMR operates a sophisticated logistics network ideally suited to making use of
the Fleetstar-Online platform.  GPRS units will be fitted to 225 of their
vehicles.
