                    CYBIT RECIEVES MAJOR ORDER FROM EUROPCAR


Cybit, one of the UK's leading online telematics service providers, today
announces that it has secured a major contract with Europcar to install the
Fleetstar-Online vehicle management system on up to 1,000 vehicles per year in
Europcar's prestige fleet.  The Fleetstar-Online solution will operate in
partnership with Trafficmaster who provide the fleet with their SmartNav
navigational product.



The use of telematics in its top of the range vehicles will provide Europcar
with a number of business benefits.  Security will be enhanced with Europcar
having the ability to pinpoint the location of their vehicles on a 24/7 basis,
and the telematics support the SmartNav navigational system which provides the
customers with a leading navigational and congestion avoidance system.



The three-year deal will see the rolling stock of 500 Mercedes vehicles fitted
with Fleetstar-Online and SmartNav applications.
