At the Annual General Meeting to be held later this morning, Neil Johnson,
Chairman, will make the following statement:



"I am pleased to report that trading during the first quarter ended June 30th
2005 was strong with the company posting revenues of circa #2.5m.  Order intake
during our traditionally quiet second quarter has been higher than previous
years, which leads us to believe that we are on target to achieve full year
revenue expectations."
