The Company received notification on 2 December 2005 that Artemis UK Growth
(beneficial owners within Artemis Investment Management Ltd) ceased to have a
notifiable interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company also received notification on 2 December 2005 that Institutional UK
Growth (beneficial owners within Artemis Investment Management Ltd) has a
notifiable interest in 1,865,680 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing
approximately 9.47 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).
