                                 AGM Statement


At today's Annual General Meeting of Cybit Holdings Plc, Neil Johnson, Chairman,
will make the following statement:


"I am pleased to report that our revenue performance during the first 4 months
of the year leads us to believe that we are on target to achieve full year
analyst revenue expectations of #12 million.


"The integration of Bluefinger is progressing well with cost savings already
being achieved. It is encouraging to note that additional contracts have been
received from existing maritime and vehicle telematics customers including a
#500,000 repeat order from the Ghanaian Government."
