                            Directors' shareholdings


On 20 March 2007 the board of Cybit approved the grant of, in aggregate 156,954
options pursuant to the Unapproved Share Option Scheme 2002. Richard Horsman,
Chief Executive Officer received 104,576 options and Neil Johnson, Chairman
received 52,378 options at an exercise price of 51p (the market price close of
20 March 2007) and the options are exercisable immediately.


Following the grant of these options, the total number of options over ordinary
shares in the Company held by Mr Horsman was 1,048,787 and the total number of
options over ordinary shares held by Mr Johnson was 524,483.
