                   Trading Update and Notification of Results

The Board of Cybit Holdings Plc, ("Cybit") the international Telematics service
provider, today announces a trading update ahead of the announcement of its
preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2007.

The Company is pleased to report that it has enjoyed better than expected
trading through the final quarter of the financial year. The Company has
benefited from stronger growth in new business wins and a higher level of
contract renewals in both its core business and recently acquired businesses
Bluefinger and Cybit Positioning Solutions (formerly Thales Telematics Plc), the
acquisition of both were completed during the year.

Consequently, the Company expects profits before tax for the year to 31 March
2007 to be ahead of management expectations and will be no less than #600,000.

Cybit will be announcing its results for the year ended 31 March 2007 on Tuesday
3 July 2007.
