                            Directors' shareholdings


On 18 April 2008 the board of Cybit approved the grant of, in aggregate 156,954
options pursuant to the Unapproved Share Option Scheme 2002. Richard Horsman,
Chief Executive Officer received 179,000 options and Neil Johnson, Chairman
received 89,500 options at an exercise price of 45.8p (the market price close of
17 April 2008) and the options are exercisable immediately.



Following the grant of these options, the total number of options over ordinary
shares in the Company held by Mr Horsman was 1,290,525 and the total number of
options over ordinary shares held by Mr Johnson was 645,351.
