The Company has today been informed that Billam plc sold 5,000,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company on 29 January 2003 in response to market
demand.


Billam plc is now interested in 221,090,800 ordinary shares of the Company,
representing approximately 32.9 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
