Notification of major interests in shares

Cybit Holdings PLC ("Cybit" or "the Company") was informed on 15 November 2004
that the interest of Billam PLC and Brian Robins in Cybit ordinary shares of
0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") had changed as follows:

Billam PLC now holds 112,590,800 Ordinary Shares representing 11.36% of the
Company's issued share capital. Billam's previous notification to the Company
was that it was interested in 12.4% of the Company's issued share capital.

Brian Robins now holds 67,520,400 Ordinary Shares representing 6.82% of the
Company's issued share capital. Mr Robins' previous notification to the Company
was that he was interested in 7.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
