                         RESIGNATION OF NOMINATED ADVISER 
                         LONDON - Friday, 25 January 2008

Cytomyx Holdings PLC (AIM:CYX) ("Cytomyx" or "the Company") today announces the 
resignation of its Nominated Adviser ("NOMAD").

The Company's NOMAD, BlueOar Securities, has given notice of resignation 
effective 22 January 2008.

The Company is currently seeking a replacement NOMAD. If the Company does not 
appoint a replacement NOMAD within one month of the existing NOMAD's resignation 
then the admission of its shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled 7am 25 
February 2008 under AIM Rule 1.
