Suspension of shares

Further to its announcement of 3(rd) March 2011, and following the passing of the Winding Down Resolution at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on 25(th) March 2011, the Company announces that it has made a request to the UK Listing Authority that each of its classes of share capital (namely Sterling Shares, Euro Shares and US Dollar Shares) be suspended from the Official List with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 31(st) March 2011. At the point of suspension the Shares will no longer be capable of being traded on the London Stock Exchange.
