DICOM Group plc: Director's dealings - Amend

Basingstoke, 15 October 2007 - DICOM Group plc ('DICOM Group'), a global leader
of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, announces that it was notified on
12 October that the holding of 65 BR Trust was overstated by 60,000 shares as
announced on 24 August 2007. The 65 BR Trust holds 4,110,124 shares instead of
4,170,124 shares as reported on 24 August 2007.

Following this correction William T Comfort III, a Non-Executive Director of the
Company, holds indirectly 16,115,702 shares, being 18.90% of the current issued
ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares) of DICOM Group through the
aggregated holdings of the 65 BR Trust, the Natasha Foundation and the
Conversion Master Fund Limited as listed above. Mr Comfort's and his associated
parties actual holding is 24,447,051 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the
Company, representing 28.67% of the current issued ordinary share capital
(excluding treasury shares) of DICOM Group.
