DICOM Group plc: Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

Basingstoke, 31 October 2007 - The total number of ordinary shares of 2.5p of
DICOM Group plc ("the Company") in issue as at the date of this notice is
88,957,665.

There are 3,746,000 ordinary shares held in treasury, and therefore the total
number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 85,211,665.

The above figure of 85,211,665 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
