Basingstoke, 14 November 2007 - DICOM Group plc ("DICOM Group"), a global leader

notified that on 13 November 2007 certain Non-Executive Directors of DICOM Group
purchased ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in DICOM Group.

Following these transactions, the respective Directors are interested in the
