DICOM Group plc: Share Buyback



Basingstoke, 21 November 2007 - DICOM Group plc ('DICOM Group' or the
'Company'), a global leader of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions,
announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of
2.5p each on the London Stock Exchange.

Date of purchase:                                       20 November 2007
Number of ordinary shares purchased:                    500,000
Price per share:                                        200.75p


The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.



Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 4,346,000 of its
ordinary shares in treasury and has 84,613,265 ordinary shares in issue
(excluding treasury shares).



DICOM Group announced on 28 August that under authority given to it by
shareholders, it intended to buy back up to 5% of the issued share capital. The
Company is close to reaching that level of shares bought back and has renewed
its authority to buy-back shares at its recent Annual General Meeting. It
remains the Company's intention to utilise its strong balance sheet to buy-back
shares under this authority as and when it believes it to be in its shareholders
best interest.
