DICOM Group plc: PDMR Shareholding

Basingstoke, 26 November 2007 - DICOM Group plc ("DICOM Group"), a global leader
of Intelligent Capture & Exchange solutions, announces that it was notified by a
member of the Executive Committee of the Group, Sameer Samat, that on 26
November 2007 he exercised options over 65,000 ordinary shares in DICOM Group at
an exercise price of 82.75p per ordinary share.

Following this exercise of options Sameer Samat holds 120,000 ordinary shares in
DICOM Group and following the exercise of the options he has the following share
options over ordinary shares in DICOM Group:
