Weller will be responsible for managing all of the company�s legal affairs, overseeing the work of all in-house attorneys and external law firms, and ensuring the use of best practices in the company�s corporate governance. �Brad has a demonstrated track record of success as an attorney and as a general counsel in publicly held technology companies,� said Reynolds C. Prior to this, he was general counsel, vice president of legal affairs, and corporate secretary at Captiva Software Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed provider of input management solutions prior to its acquisition by EMC.
