Dimension Data, a global IT solutions and services provider, today announced the promotion of Mark Slaga and Mark Zerbe to key senior-level roles. These two new appointments will address growing client demand for managed services and help to drive the overall Managed Services business strategy for Dimension Data Americas.

As Senior Vice President of Operations for the Americas, Slaga will be responsible for developing and leading a standard operating environment to support and deliver a services-led strategy across the Americas. In addition, Slaga will lead services and sales support operations across the Americas. In his new role, as Senior Vice President of North America, Zerbe will lead Dimension Data’s overall sales efforts and go-to-market strategies. Additionally, he will oversee Dimension Data’s IT consulting and solutions development efforts for the US and Canada.
