Halifax, Canada September 30, 2009 - DHX Media Ltd (AIM & TSX ticker: 
"DHX") ('the Company' or 'DHX'), a leading independent international producer 
and distributor of mainly children's television programming and interactive 
content, announces that, further to the announcement on September 2, 2009, today 
will be the last day of trading in the Company's shares on the AIM market of the 
London Stock Exchange plc ('AIM'). The Company will continue to be listed on the 
Toronto Stock Exchange and will continue to comply with all accounting and 
regulatory requirements expected of a company of this status. 
Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM will become effective at 7am on 
October 1, 2009. After that time, shareholders may continue to hold their shares 
and trade such shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
