Dipford Group PLC - Options grant



Dipford Group plc announces that, on 29th June 2005, options under the Company's
EMI scheme were awarded over an aggregate of 250,000 new ordinary shares
comprising 131,348 to Jonathan Custance Baker, Executive Chairman and 59,326 to
each of Rupert Cattell, Managing Director and Miles MacEacharn, Finance
Director. The options are exercisable at 60p between 29th June 2008 and 29th
June 2015 and are contingent on meeting performance criteria set by the
Remuneration Committee.
