Direct Wonen NV received notification on 23 December 2009 that Add Value Fund, a 
fund managed by Keijser Capital Asset Management B.V., had acquired 150,000 
ordinary shares of Euros 0.02 each (nominal value) in the capital of the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") on 11 December 2009 and that it now holds 4,740,000 Ordinary 
Shares, representing 3.01 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
