Direct Wonen N.V. is pleased to announce that it has posted copies of its Annual 
Report & Accounts to shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2009. 
 
Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which is to be held at the Head 
Office of Direct Wonen N.V., Nieuwe Duinweg 24 The Hague on 22 April 2010 at 
11.00 am CET, has also been posted to shareholders. Copies of these documents 
will shortly be available on the Company's website at 
www.directwonencorporate.com. 
 
The Board also announces that it has resolved to change the name of the Company 
to Qmulus N.V. which is proposed to be voted on by shareholders. Accordingly, in 
addition to the business usually conducted at the Company's Annual General 
Meeting, the Board is proposing a resolution to change the name of the Company.
