At the Company's Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2010, a resolution was 
passed by shareholders to change the name of the Company  to Qmulus N.V.. 
 
The filing requirements in relation to the name change have now been completed 
and dealings under the Company's new name will take effect from 8.00 a.m. on 30 
April 2010. The Company's TIDM will change to "QML", the ISIN will remain 
unchanged . 
 
The Company's website is being updated and will remain 
www.directwonencorporate.com until further notice.
