IPN Communications Signs Service Agreement With VASC to Offer VoIP

that it has signed an agreement with state-owned VASC Software and
Media Company to begin marketing IPN's VoIP solutions to the
consumer and business users throughout Vietnam. VASC Software and
Media Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vietnam Post and
Telecommunications (VNPT). VNPT is the largest state-owned company
in Vietnam with revenue in excess of USD $1.6 billion. The company
operates the national backbone telecommunications system as well as
occupying a dominant market share in the end-user services. VASC is
an Information Technology company and Vietnam's major
