DORI MEDIA'S SECOND SEASON OF "SPLIT" PURCHASED BY TURNER
BROADCASTING SYSTEMS FOR BOOMERANG IN LATIN AMERICA
Sale of the second season of "Split" follows the ratings success
of season one whose ratings outperformed Boomerang's Prime Time
Monday to Friday average among 12-17 year-old females in Mexico,
Argentina and Brazil
Tel-Aviv, Israel - December 13, 2010 - Dori Media Group Ltd.
("DMG" or the "Company"), the international media company active in
the field of television and new media, with a focus on production,
distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Drama and
Telenovela, announces that the second series of "Split" has been
sold to Turner Broadcasting System Latin America Inc. for its
Boomerang channel in Latin America and Caribbean territories. Under
the terms of the deal Boomerang will have the right to broadcast 45
episodes of 30 minutes in length to territories which include
Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Uruguay. Turner
Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.), a Time Warner company,
creates and programs branded news, entertainment, animation and
young adult media on multiple platforms around the world.
"Split", a teen daily drama that revolves around the lives of
humans and vampires, has already been sold to over 60 countries
worldwide in only 1 year. TBS, Inc. have committed to a second
season following the ratings success of season 1, which was aired
in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico between June and August 2010.

The 2nd season of "Split" was produced by Dori Media Darset for
Hot and Noga Communications (which operates the Israeli Children
Channel) following the success of the first season in Israel.
"Split" was created by Shira Alon and Ilan Rosenfeld. The show was
originally produced exclusively for Israeli cable platform HOT's
VOD service which has approximately 1 million Israeli household
subscribers. Since its launch, "Split" episodes on HOT VOD
generated a total of around 10,000,000 viewings and approximately
90% of viewers watched all available episodes, reaching a record
loyalty level. Following this, the first season "Split" was aired
on Israel's leading channel for children and teenage audiences,
"The Children Channel". The Channel's young viewers voted "Split"
as their favorite programme at the 2009 Children Channel
Awards".
