ASSET SALE UPDATE

On 21 August 2024 the Company announced its agreement to sell its remaining five Airbus A380-861 aircraft to Emirates (the "August Announcement").

Further to the August Announcement, the Board is happy to announce that, following the Lease End Dates for MSNs 105 and 106, sale proceeds of £61.41m have been received with title successfully passing to Emirates.

For the Company's three remaining Airbus A380-861 aircraft (MSNs 107, 109 and 110), operating leases will continue as contracted until the respective Lease End Dates.

The Board intends to provide further updates in due course regarding the distribution of total sale proceeds, as anticipated in the August announcement.
