The Board of Dominion Petroleum is pleased to announce that Mr. Atul Gupta's 
appointment to the Board has been ratified and he becomes a non-executive 
director of the Company with immediate effect. 
 
 
The Board of Dominion Petroleum also announces that Mr. Ken Ambrecht, a 
non-executive director, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect. 
The Board would like to thank Mr. Ambrecht for his lengthy service and
