                                Issue of Equity


The Directors of DermaSalve Sciences plc announce that they have issued and
allotted 770,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "New Shares") to Trafalgar
Capital Specialized Investment Fund FIS, pursuant to the receipt of a notice of
conversion dated 8 February 2008.  The issue price will be determined in
accordance with the terms of the convertible loan agreement as announced on 5
October 2007.

Application will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM,
which is expected to take place on 20 February 2008.  Following the issue of the
New Shares, there are 103,084,558 ordinary shares in issue.
