Director Shareholding
EARNZ (AIM: EARN), an energy services company
whose objective is to capitalise on the drive for global
decarbonisation, announces that it has been informed that earlier
today, John Charlton, Executive Director of the Company, has
purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company
(the "Ordinary Shares") at 5.80 pence per Ordinary
Share.
John Charlton's beneficial interest in the
Company now comprises 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares (133,333 Ordinary
Shares are held by his wife, Catherine Charlton) representing
approximately 1.08% of the Company's issued share
capital.
