("EBT Mobile" or the "Company")

    Additional Listing

    Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,118,709 new ordinary shares of 0.1p in EBT Mobile to be admitted to trading
on AIM. 

The new shares, which rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, have 
been issued pursuant to the terms of the acquisition agreement between the Company and Shanghai Jingxin Jialing Telecommunications Co. 
Details relating to this acquisition were announced on 12 February 2007.  Following admission of the new shares, the Company will have in
issue and admitted to trading on AIM  221,585,040 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each under International Securities Identification Number
GB0033044313, all of which have voting rights. 

Admission of the new shares is expected to become effective on 15 May 2008.
