    Additional Listing

    Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market "AIM" for 732,247 new ordinary shares of 0.1p
each to be admitted to trading on AIM.

    The new shares, which rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue have been issued pursuant to a service agreement signed on 8
February 2008.

    Admission is expected to become effective on 30 October 2008.
