At the Annual  General Meeting held  on 6 November  2008 the  Special
resolution to change the  Company's name to  Octopus Eclipse VCT  plc
was duly passed.  Application has now  been made to The Registrar  of
Companies and the effective  date of the change  will be notified  in
due course.

At the same meeting all other resolutions were duly passed.
