                                  Result of EGM
                                        
On 1 August 2007 the Company announced that, subject to shareholder approval, it
had entered into conditional sale and purchase agreements to dispose of its
three Romanian investment properties.

At the extraordinary general meeting of the Company which took place earlier
today, the resolutions proposed to effect the disposal of the three Romanian
investment properties, along with proposals to approve a subsequent disposal of
the Company's remaining property if suitable terms can be agreed with a
purchaser, were duly passed.
