ELECTRA KINGSWAY VCT PLC (the "Company")

Further to the Company's announcement on 27 February 2008, confirming that at
the Annual General Meeting held on that day shareholders had approved the change
of the Company's name to 'ACUITY VCT PLC', the Company announces that the
Registrar of Companies has issued the certificate of incorporation on change of
name and accordingly the name of the Company has been changed to 'ACUITY VCT
PLC' with effect from 28 February 2008.
