    Total Voting Rights

    In conformity with the Disclosure & Rule 5.6.1 Transparency Directive, EnCore Oil plc (LSE: EO.) hereby provides notification of the
following information:

    The Company's issued share capital consists of 307,360,839 ordinary shares of 5p with each share carrying the right to one vote.

    There are no shares held in treasury.

    The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 307,360,839.

    The above figure of 307,360,839 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
