    Esmond Evaluation Well - Drilling Update

    EnCore Oil plc (LSE: EO.) provides a further update following the incident on the Energy Enhancer drilling rig on Sunday 19th October.

    The operator, Star Energy, has advised EnCore that following an inspection of the rig, work is underway to rewire parts of the
electrical system. Although a firm date for restarting safe drilling operations cannot be given, EnCore understands that drilling is likely
to recommence during week commencing Monday 27th October.


    Peter Williams B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics and EnCore's Group Technical Manager, who has over 35 years' engineering experience in the oil
