    Director/PDMR Shareholding

    EnCore Oil plc announces that it was notified on 5 November 2008 that Graham Dor, Exploration Director, on that day purchased 50,000
ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 10.45p per share.  Following this transaction, Mr. Dor holds
6,428,229 ordinary shares, representing 2.09 per cent. of the issued share capital.
