    EnCore Oil plc ('EnCore' or 'the Company')


    Director/PDMR Shareholding

    EnCore Oil plc announces that today Eugene Whyms, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
capital of the Company at a price of 8.51p per share and sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 8.5p.  The purchase and sale
of shares by Eugene Whyms was effected to facilitate the transfer of 25,000 shares into his self-invested personal pension.

    Following these transactions, Mr. Whyms' holdings remain unchanged at 9,400,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.06 per cent. of the
issued share capital.
