EnCore Oil plc ('EnCore' or 'the Company') 
 
 
 
 
Director / PDMR Shareholding 
 
 
EnCore Oil plc announces that today Eugene Whyms, Finance Director of the 
Company, purchased 65,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the 
Company at an average price of 8.13p per share and sold 65,000 ordinary shares 
of 5p each at an average price of 8.03p. The shares purchased and sold were 
effected in a number of transactions and the prices are an average for those 
transactions. The purchase and sale of shares by Eugene Whyms were effected to 
facilitate the transfer of 65,000 shares into his self-invested personal 
pension. 
 
 
Following these transactions, Mr. Whyms' holdings remain unchanged at 9,400,000 
ordinary shares, representing 3.06 per cent. of the issued share capital.
