Transaction in Own Shares - Replacement 
 
 
EnCore Oil plc (LSE: EO.) announces that on 29 October 2009, the Company bought 
back 8,795,869 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 14.5p 
and not 8,092,793 ordinary shares as was announced on 30 October 2009 (RNS 
Number: 6301B). These shares will be cancelled. 
 
 
Following cancellation of the 8,795,869 ordinary shares, the Company will 
have 294,461,864 ordinary shares in issue.
