EnCore Oil plc ('EnCore' or 'the Company') 
 
 
                        Release of Breagh Escrow Funds 
 
EnCore Oil plc (LSE: EO.) announces that all monies previously held in escrow in 
respect of the sale of its interest in the Breagh gas discovery have now been 
released. 
 
The amount of US$12.9 million (approximately GBP8.3 million) was held in escrow 
for a period of 12 months from 26 August 2009 (the date of completion of the 
sale of Breagh) against any warranty or indemnity claims by the purchaser, none 
of which were received.
