EnCore Oil plc ('EnCore' or 'the Company') 
 
            Annual General Meeting - Change of Venue and Start Time 
 
EnCore Oil (LSE: EO.) announces that its Annual General Meeting on 14 October 
2010 will now take place at 3.00 p.m. at Glaziers Hall, 9 Montague Close, London 
Bridge, London SE1 9DD. 
 
The change of venue is to accommodate the anticipated number of shareholders 
wishing to attend the meeting. 
 
For technical reasons, the meeting will commence at the time and venue stated in 
the Notice of AGM, but will be immediately adjourned to Glaziers Hall. There is 
no need for members to attend the meeting at the original time and venue 
advertised. 
 
A map of the new meeting location will be available to download from the 
homepage of our website and the Company will be writing to shareholders to 
notify them of the change of venue. 
 
Shareholders wishing to attend the AGM are required to bring some form of 
identification of their shareholding, be it their original share certificate, 
personalised AGM proxy form, or, if shares are held in a nominee account, a 
letter of representation from the nominee account holder confirming your 
shareholding.
