Issue of Options



On 31st December 2004 the Board of EPE granted options to certain directors and
employees of the Company.  In particular options were granted to the following
directors over the number of ordinary shares indicated, at each case at an
exercise price of 1.5p and exercisable at any time from grant to the fifth
anniversary thereof:

Simon Littlewood                                                       5,000,000
George Allnutt                                                         5,000,000
Umku Imam                                                              1,000,000


Other employees and advisers to the Company have been granted options over a
total of a further 5.5 million ordinary shares.
