wishes to announce that Mr. Jonathan Freeman, a non-executive director, resigned
from the Board of Directors of the Company on 19th July 2005 due to other work
commitments.  Jonathan will continue in his role as consultant and accordingly
the company will continue to benefit from his knowledge and experience as is
required.
