                              Board Appointment


Entertainment Rights is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Smith to
the Board. She joined the group in December 1999 as Head of Licensing and
merchandising.

Jane was one of the founders of Hit Entertainment and was on its main board as
Sales Director from 1993. She subsequently joined the New York based animation
specialist Sunbow Entertainment as Senior Vice President of International
Sales and Co-production. Prior to joining Entertainment Rights, Jane ran her
own Media Consultancy.

Commenting on the appointment, Rod Bransgrove, said:

"Jane's contribution since joining the group has been substantial. She will be
an invaluable member of the board."
