ENTERTAINMENT RIGHTS SECURES BBC COMMISSION FOR BRAND NEW POSTMAN PAT(R)

Entertainment Rights Plc (LSE: ERT) the UK's leading global media group
specialising in the ownership of children's and family programming, characters
and and brands, today announces that the BBC has commissioned a brand new series
of Postman Pat (R) Special Delivery Service (SDS) to air on both BBC2 and
CBeebies. Entertainment Rights has secured a long-term broadcast platform for
the show beyond 2012 and the new series is due to air late 2008 and throughout
2009.

The series (26 X 15 minutes episodes) sees Postman Pat(R) in a brand new job as
he takes on a promotion as Head of SDS. The new show has an expanded diverse
cast, a fleet of new vehicles, a new town and highly-charged storylines. While
maintaining the brand integrity of the classic character, the new Postman Pat(R)
(SDS) will have a higher energy approach.

Postman Pat(R) is one of the top rating pre-school shows airing on the BBC.
Postman Pat is an established core BBC character and appeared at Buckingham
Palace as part of the Queen's 80th birthday celebrations last summer as well as
making regular appearances on CBeebies Live. Postman Pat's interactive website
www.postmanpat.com which launched Autumn 2006 has already received over 3.5
million hits.

Postman Pat(R) continues to enjoy international success with sales to
broadcasters in over 150 territories. This includes key deals in the US with
Postman Pat(R) making his US debut on qubo (NBC's Saturday morning block) in
October 2007.
