                                      Taube Hodson Stonex Partners Limited ("THS") is a discretionary fund
                                      manager and does not invest on its own behalf but invests on behalf of
                                      it clients (that are large institutional funds ie Pension Funds, Unit
                                      trusts).  THS controls the shares on the client's behalf.



                                      THS has held Entertainment Rights shares on behalf of clients since
                                      November 1999.  On 31/01/03, the 5% limit was crossed and has remained
                                      above 5% since then.  The current holding is 5.11%



                                      In accordance with the DTR transitional provisions the issuer should
                                      have been notified by 20th March 2007
