Entertainment Rights PLC ("Entertainment Rights")


Entertainment Rights notes today's press speculation and confirms that it has
sought to enter into discussions with Chorion Plc ("Chorion") regarding the
possibility of Entertainment Rights making an offer for the entire issued share
capital of Chorion on a basis that would attract the recommendation of the Board
of Chorion.



Entertainment Rights remains of the view that an offer for Chorion in accordance
with Rule 2.5 of the City Code remains subject to the completion of due
diligence in order to establish, amongst other things, a clear understanding of
Chorion's current trading, particularly in view of the statement in the Chorion
announcement made on 7 November 2002 that Chorion's results for the full year
would be significantly below market expectations.  Following the completion of
any due diligence exercise there can be no guarantee that any offer for Chorion
will be forthcoming.
